Data we collect

Information we collect

Account data — email address and authentication details when you sign up for an API key.
Media you process — files uploaded to the APIs are stored in private object storage and deleted after the processing window described below.
Usage data — job metadata (job type, timestamps, credit consumption, request volume) for billing, monitoring and abuse prevention.
Technical logs — IP address, user agent and error logs, retained for security and debugging.

How we use it

How your data is used

To operate the platform: run your jobs, store inputs and outputs, and deliver results.
To bill credits correctly and refund credits on failed jobs.
To keep the service secure and reliable — monitoring, rate limiting and abuse detection.
To improve products — aggregated and de-identified usage statistics only; we never train models on your media without explicit consent.

Retention

Retention, sharing & your rights

Retention — processed media is kept for the minimum period needed to deliver results, then permanently deleted; account data stays until you ask us to delete it.
Sharing — we do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, object storage, payments), under binding agreements.
Your rights — access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by writing to support@mlslabs.io. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies — the website uses minimal, functional cookies; analytics are anonymized.
