Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. By creating an account or using api.mlslabs.io, the website or any mlslabs service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Accounts & API keys

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
API keys are per-project and may be rotated at any time. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or endangers the platform.

Credits & pricing

Credits are prepaid units spent at each API's published rate. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
Credit packs are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change prices and credit rates from time to time. Changes to prices or credit allocations apply to purchases made after the change is published; existing purchased credit balances remain usable at the rates in effect when consumed.
We reserve the right to change prices and credits at any time, with notice published on the pricing page or by email.

Usage

You may only process media you own or have the rights to process.
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing or abusive activity, or to attack the platform itself.
You retain all rights to your input media and outputs; you grant mlslabs a limited license to process that media solely to provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty beyond applicable law; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; continued use after a published change constitutes acceptance.
Either party may terminate this agreement with notice; your credit balance is forfeited only as permitted by law.
